Larkspur has always been a favorite of hers and mine and I grow it every year. On this particular day, Grandma was in the hospital not doing well and I went by the hospital to visit her before going on to work and brought her a little boquet of larkspur. I asked her if she knew what kind of flower it was and she answered, "well of course I know what they are, they are larkspur" and she was so excited.<br />Those were the last words she spoke to me. I will always cherish those words and larkspur.
