Only the BEST for me!

Some folks think they are all ‘fancy smancy’, (is smancy even a word?) when they dine on such things as ‘pheasant under glass’.

Well, only the best for me!

So, I’d like to say,

IMG_3664

to my...

IMG_3663

kitchen!

IMG_3555

Take a seat, sit down and relax. Witch Hildegard will be happy to serve you.

IMG_3671

As you can see, Hilde is dressed in her best attire.

She is wearing her favorite black party dress with the buttons down the back.

IMG_3682

She has bows,

IMG_3675

Her favorite boa,

IMG_3680

buttons and pearls.

IMG_3681

And no, she didn’t forget the bling!

IMG_3679

She even brought along a couple of friends to assist her.

IMG_3676IMG_3677

Let’s see what we have to serve you – UNDER GLASS

For the appetizer, how about a little eye of newt, wart of witch, or toe of frog,

IMG_3642IMG_3638IMG_3640

Don’t they look appetizing?

IMG_3634

For the main course, nothing is quite as hardy as. . .

IMG_3646

a hot bowl of my homemade ‘Skelly Stew”!

IMG_3647

It goes great with a small side of crow.

IMG_3650

Crow not quite what you’re looking for?  Well then, how about a bit of Raven?

IMG_3654

Certainly you’re cravin some raven!

What? no raven or crow.  Then maybe this will tickle your fancy.

IMG_3657IMG_3658

Crows feet are ever so sweet!

IMG_3643

For dessert we have, cupcakes to ‘DIE’ for!

IMG_3644

IMG_3645

Monsters eye balls

IMG_3660

pumpkin sweets or jack-o-lantern’s teeth.

IMG_3659

What’s that you say?  You’re on a diet?

Well for you. . .

IMG_3653

we have liners without the cupcakes.  The fiber will do you good! You just might want to try it!

Now that our meal is complete.  I hope that it was everything you had hoped for, because. . .

ONLY THE BEST FOR YOU!

Bye for now,

Think I’ll go eat crow!

Jann

Jann,
Your Halloween decorations are to die for, they are wonderful! I am especially fond of the skeleton head and bones "under glass" and I can't resist a "good witch"! Every thing is so fun! I scaled down this year but this makes me want to get it ALL out! I'm your newest follower and would love for you to visit me!

I just love this!! Creative people are my favorite kind of folks to know. They always look at things completely differently. Take for example, the jar full of cupcake liners. I just loved that, and I would never have thought of it.

Just plain wonderful!

Wow Jann, these are the best ideas! I love that witches hat and now you've inspired me to make one. I know I have a hat up there in the attic. The cute cupcake liners was such good ideas for a colorful display. I'm just totally impressed by all the fabulous ideas you've come up with. You table display is so, so pretty. And Hildegard is awesome. Where did you come up with that paper skirt idea? I wish I had you sense of whimsy. Both garlands are precious and that wreath and black board. And the skull soup. You're killing me with your creativity! I need to just shut up, it's obvious that I'm blown away.

Thanks for telling me it was Teen Angel. I thought it was.

Hugs and love...Tracy :)
