"the more the merrier".
However, I think I managed to simplify my fall table more than I have ever done before.
I'm a mother of 5 married children, I have 10 darling grand children with fun and crazy personalities. They help to keep me young. I love the outdoors and love to garden. Just something about getting my hands into that dirt that I can't explain. Mother Nature has a hold on me! Also love decorating my home and thrifting. I'm crazy for anything rusty, old, or chippy! I enjoy quilting, but have slowed down a lot. Love life and people. They help to fill my cup!

Looks so cozy and inviting! I love the plaid!
Definitely not a minimalist!
Love your table vignette! The Pendleton is gorgeous and the goodies on the tray are the perfect topping.
Your table is lovely and no minimalist here for sure!
Jann, I love the blanket , all those wonderful fall colors. I like having sunflowers too. It is hard to simplify when we love so many things. I have yet to get all my things out for fall....I better hop to it. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
Definitely NOT a minimalist. Glad to know that qualifies me as a merrier-type. Love the table -- that Pendleton is a stunner. Sally
I am not a minimalist, but I am trying not to go to crazy LOL
Love the vignette on the table, it's warm and so Fall. Great job Jann.
Enjoy the rest of the week. Great find on the throw.
Hugs,
Mary
"Simplify"and "Jeanie" don't go together, either! Unfortunately! I just love your table arrangement -- it's wonderful. Love the blanket on the table -- it's a beautiful blanket and a perfect set of colors. Very lovely!
Wow, the blanket is gorgeous. Really makes the table pop...fabulous!
Looks so warm and cozy ! Love it!
I am 100% with you! The more the merrier, bordering on clutter but I would never call it that. I just love your Fall centerpiece. I am coveting that cute acorn!
I admire the minimal look and I did do a total simplifing purge once. I got to thinking of the hours in my life that I spent dusting and I had a huge yard sale and sold it all. Then a few years later, I realized that I was back filling up the house again. I guess I'm a nester. Minimal looks elegant to me, but I'm not elegant, I'm cozy comfy country :)
Oh, I'm back! Love, Love, Love that blanket!
Everything looks so nice. I think I'm about in the middle.
Jann
I want to simplify, it just hasn't happened yet!
So many things to like here: love the old bowl, love any Pendleton plaids, and wee little squirrels are adorable.
Everything looks very "homey" and warm. A wonderful place to be in the Fall :)
I love your plaid-blanket!
You always have the best decorations, Jann! I'm getting inspired to go down and get my box of Fall stuff out of the basement! :) (I've always been a reluctant Fall person.) Enjoy the rest of your week!
Jann, I love your warm touch to Fall. I have tried to simplify and sometimes I manage to ACE it and other times....not so much! My daughters will tell me...MOM...less is more! But then I start doing things and More....More...More happens! Getting a little better at simplifying things...now I have just got to work on my over-obligating myself. LOL! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
LOVE it, the throw is gorgeous and I'm thrilled you don't simplify
Cindy
Love the blanket. It really makes a great base for a pretty fall table.I read the book How To Simplify Your Life - I am a hypocrite too!!!
Jann,
I l o v e the more kinda' decorating, dear friend!
It comes from my years in merchandise styling where we added layer~upon~layer for displaying!
However, in the last three years, I've been editing and now have a more simplistic design style!
Love that Plaid Pendleton Throw!
Fondly,
Pat
Beautiful!! Love the "tablecloth"! Thanks so much for stopping by!!
Hugs,
Debbie
I love your simplified table. The right atmosphere is conveyed and I find the simplicity relaxing.
