Strawberry Days Garden Tour. . .

Hello my friends,

The world has been a crazy place lately, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun!

If you know me, you know how much I love gardening.  Lots of the small towns around us have been cancelling their summer celebrations.

Strawberry Days is the festival that is held in Pleasant Grove.  It's 15 minutes from my home here in Alpine.  That's the town where I grew up.  Sweet memories were formed there.  They do a fabulous garden tour every year.  This year it was just a drive by. Sadly, no touring their back gardens.

Still saw lots of pretties!!

Sorry about the glare.  The tour was held at night, and hard to get great photos.

This sweet house is tipping it's head to Strawberry Days.  The hanging ones are Easter Eggs, repainted.  Clever!

She snagged the strawberry toy box and turned it into a planter.  Love it!!

Lots of beautiful Hostas, Begonias, and roses.

His sweet wife passed away a few years ago.  This gorgeous quilt was made by her.

Who doesn't love Hollyhocks?

We made little dolls out of them when we were kids.

Luckily I captured the sun ray.

Large Ferns and a wooden scarecrow.

I hope you enjoyed the Strawberry Days Garden Tour!

My dear friend, Joanne was not in the tour, but she invited us to stop by.  She had just created this laundry scene by her playhouse.  It is too darn cute!!

Happy Summer,
