Hello my friends,
there's just something about daily rituals that I love.
I have a few of them, how about you?
One of mine is to make our bed shortly after I rise. Another is to stroll the garden.
For the past year I have added a new ritual to my morning routine.
I grab my phone and snap a photo to share on
Generally I share the same thing on both, but not always.
I can't believe it's been a year since Have a Daily Cup
joined Instagram.
I love it and have met so many wonderful people!
Also love it when I find an old friend!
I thought I would share some of the snippets of Fall that I have shared lately.
They are things that fill my cup and my goal is to help fill others!
I never really know what I will share each morning. I just carry my phone around and snap a little something that catches my eye.
Now and then I join an Instagram #theme.

This was this mornings post. Inspiration came when I looked out the window and saw the splotches of color from changing leaves on our gorgeous Utah mountains.
(ha, ha, notice my phone reflecting in the mirror?)

Lovely, fun snippets Jann- I have white yarrow this year for the first time but I think its done for this season- I do love it and so many other pretties you shared
I enjoyed your snippets! Fall is my favorite season, and we finally have some autumnal weather here in NC. I look forward to having the windows open regularly now. We don't get the bright leaf color in this part of the state --- that's reserved for the mountains---but are instead treated to new night noises (more owls, already begun) and earlier sunsets.

I have an instagram account, but I'm hardly on it. I really need to get with the program, but I honestly don't know how it works! To me, it sorta like twitter and moves way too quickly to really connect with people, but I know I'm off base with that assessment. Teach me!
I am afraid I am not on Instagram - yet. Love all the vignettes - pinning and sharing the old-fashioned way - FB!

I too love taking my camera/phone and looking for something to post each day - it's my 1 A Day!
I haven't been joining many parties because I am just not into fall yet.

Love your snippets!! I can't stand Facebook, I don't get Twitter, so I am afraid of Instagram!! I have no idea what I am supposed to do. But I would love to see your daily pictures!

You sharing about getting up early in the morning has motivated me to do so. I used to be an early riser, but once I retired, I don't get out of bed until about 9 am...late. I know I miss the beginning of a new day and the chance to see my world with new eyes!
