Share Your Cup #218

Hello my friends, and welcome to Share Your Cup, (SYC for short)

The party where you share what makes you happy.
It's what I call, "filling your cup"
By sharing, I believe that we help to fill others cups as well.

Before I continue, I need to give you an update with SYC.

I am now going to be the (lone) host.

I've dearly loved having Carol and Jo co-host with me and they will be greatly missed!!

I mentioned last week that Jo needed to step down for health reasons.  A while ago Carol notified me that she was having problems with arthritis in her hands and it was difficult for her to leave comments on posts.  I knew that she would need to give up being a host as well.  She thought she might be able to hold on until the end of the year, but decided it wasn't possible.  She will still be blogging so we will get to enjoy her wonderful talent and fun personality.  Please continue to visit Jo.  She will blog whenever she is able.

This week I gave you a tour of my Fall Home

and shared a bit of Halloween Crafting

Now for the features from SYC #217:
(*remember to pin from their site and not mine)

Pam from Everyday Living shared her newly painted home and front door as well as her porch all dressed up for fall.  Isn't it beautiful?

Two people took us on a Fall Home tour and both were delightful!

Janet of Rosemary & Thyme created a gorgeous vignette with velvet pumpkins in her entry.

Nicki from  Sweet Parrish Place scored this beautiful painting at Goodwill.  Perfection!!

Joy from A Vintage Green shared her recent thrift finds.  Love this enamelware collection!

Carol from The Red Painted Cottage shared a yummy recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip bread.

I also thought these little pumpkin pies were so sweet made by Amy from A Day of Small Things

Thanks so much for sharing and please grab my button if you were featured.

Now let's party!

1.  I would love for you to be a follower of Have a Daily Cup of Mrs. Olson
2.  Link up a particular post and not your entire blog. Please limit your links to no more than three.
3.  Please have a back link to this post.  That way others will know where the party is.
Only those with a back link will be featured.
 4.  Please find time to visit at least two other participants.
It's a great way to find new friends!

After you link up, please come back and leave a comment.  They help to fill my cup!

Sorry to hear about Carol's and Jo's health issues. I too know all about those and we need to take care of ourselves first. Thank you for hosting and enjoy your weekend, Jann.

Blessings,

Jann, I empathize with you for possibly feeling a bit overwhelmed. We appreciate you, as we did Jo and Carol. Even if you need to scale back to biweekly or so, we will understand. Thank you for hosting even in the midst of what seems like a setback.

Jann, have always loved your blog party and sometimes I think it's easier to read and enjoy a party when there's only one host. I don't mean this any other way than that I just find it easier, I'm sure others may enjoy a variety. I do understand it's a lot of work and for that we are all in your debt.

We will miss your co-hosts, Jann, but thank you for having your lovely party for us. All your features are so wonderfully Fall-ish!
p.s. You don't need to comment, Jann, if it all is too much. I like Rita's idea of maybe doing a biweekly party, too.

I'm so glad you are going to continue to host the party. It has always been one of my favorites. Sorry to hear that Carol and Jo will no longer be hosting. I know it will increase your time on the computer. Don't forget to take care of yourself -- I don't know how you do everything that you do! Sally

So sorry about the other gals, but I sure understand when we need to say enough! So glad to be able to link up with you this week. You really do have the energy of an energizer bunny LOL...
You're now going to have to go to bed earlier so you can get up earlier to do it all yourself, or NOT
Hugs, Roxy xo

I'm so sorry you have lost both of your co-hostesses. I hope that they feel better soon. Thanks for hosting, Jann.
I've linked up the first three days of our blog tour that we are doing around Texas. I'd love to have you stop by to see this talented group of bloggers.

Lady Jann - you host the best parties. Great posts, all. That fenamelware... oh yummmmm. And that velvet pumpkin vignette is probably the best fabric pumpkins I've seen this autumn. And I'm finally able to literally share cups. See you next week!

Jann, I send my best wishes to Carol and Jo and wish you well as you continue as the solo host of Share Your Cup. It's such a fun thing to do -- I've both discovered new blogs and been discovered by new blog friends, which is really what it's all about. (The fabulous ideas I pick up along the way are bonus points!) Thanks for hosting and keeping it going.
