Red & White. . .Winter Delight!

Hello and Happy New Year!

Being the lover of red that I am, nothing gives me more delight than pulling out a bit of red and white.

What a wonderful way to start the New year!

A snowman jar waits anxiously upon a reproduction scale hoping to be filled with some yummy cookies.  Hubby and I will be trying to eat healthy so he may have a bit of a wait. lol!

While this sweet teapot hopes to be used for a spot of tea.  What? You don’t think that the dishes think like that?  Well then you haven’t  watched Beauty and the Beast.

Oh look, a larger snowflake bowl and another jar hoping to be filled.    Did you notice the cute snowflake garland tucked in all around them?

A snowman and a couple of tots seem happy to sit next to my polka dot cake stand.

I love the red and white theme here Jann. I am taking down Christmas today but the tree is still up. Trying to re-decorate with a winter theme as it will be winter weather here for 3 months. I wish I had some of your pretty reds and whites! I guess I'll use aqua and white with a pop of red. :)

I hope that snowman does not mind you weighing him! :)
Love the red in white, my cousins leave their snowmen up until Feb,not a bad idea.

I am a red lover too. I may skip winter decorating and head right to Valentines Day. Do you think that will speed up the winter?

Awwww.....I'm in love with all your red and white, Jann! Just look at all your lovable touches. The garland, chubby little snowmen, polka dots...It's all so cheerful!

I flew to San Diego yesterday and arrived to sunny skies and 70 degrees. We all walked on the beach...just hoping the walk would help baby to start thinking about his birthday!

I look forward to the coming year visiting your darling blog. It's always such a source of inspiration and endearing friendship.

Blessings my darling friend!

Oh dearie, I love your table and all the lovelies on it! :) The cover the table is set with is fabulous! I have a scale just like yours except in red. :) White and red are so refreshing during the holiday season! Thank you dearie for your sweet words and loving comment! Me and the girls started off the year together, all we did is laze around the house, watch TV and stuff ourselves... and I love Downton Abbey too! Me and my eldest watch it. :)
