Happy, Calm, & Focused. . .

Hello my friends.  First of all I want to thank you for the congratulatory wishes on the birth of our new grandson, Evan.

Three or four years ago I received one of the greatest compliments ever.
(at least as far as I'm concerned)

My oldest grandson, soon to be 20 said, "Grams, it doesn't take much to make you happy".

(even a whimsical tablescape will do the trick)

A couple months ago I received an e-mail from the customer manager of

asking me if I would review their product.

(wasn't it nice that the bottle matched my tablescape?  : )

I wasn't sure if I was the best person to do this.  I'm generally a happy person and I don't get too riled up.
But a woman of my age certainly could use help focusing.

The brain isn't quite what it use to be!  lol!

I learned a long time ago that it doesn't do any good to worry.

I love the quote from "
'The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel'.

"It will be alright in the end. . .if it isn't alright, it isn't the end!"

(I found the chalkboard crates and easel at a damaged goods store)

I realize that it's in the nature of some people to worry.  They just can't help it.  My sweet mother in law was one of those.

And there are those who are suffering from depression and/or anxiety.  Definitely not anything to make light of!

I contribute my positive attitude to my dear mother.  She was always happy and upbeat.  I feel truly blessed that she passed some of it down to me!

(I found the fun honey spoons at T.J. Maxx)

I can't help but smile knowing that almost my entire table was set with dishes found a little at a time at thrift shops.

And I snatched up my gorgeous white linen tablecloth on sale.

(the dishes may be blue, but I'm certainly happy)

( I found this sweet enamel pot at a yard sale last weekend for $.25 cents.  I placed it in the back of the upper crate)

The pretty anemones were picked from my garden.

I bought this BEE-uty of a cake stand on clearance from a local gift shop.

It was the inspiration for my blue, white, and yellow theme.

(both honey pots were found at estate sales)

The supplement was filled with lots of healthy vitamins.  I knew it couldn't help but do me some good!

I took them faithfully for a month and although I didn't notice a change in my temperament, boy did my hair ever grow fast!

When I color my hair I only color the roots.  I generally do this once a month.  The time that I was taking the supplement I had to color it every two weeks.
(yup, I confess. . .I get my blonde out of a bottle).

(the wire cloche I made mimics a beehive)

Another thing that I might mention is that I don't take any daily medicine.
Occasionally I take Ibuprofen or Naproxen for aching joints.

Medicine never really does much for me.  In college my roommate and I got a cold.  We both took Nyquil.  She was out for the count and it didn't phase me.

( the pretty towel was a $2 estate sale find and I snagged the cute little bees (2 of them) at our local thrift for $75 cents.)

Don't worry, BEE happy!

I would love to know if you think this product could help you!
I would recommend trying it if you have a hard time being
What a wonderful world this would be if everyone could
BEE HAPPY!
hugs,
Jann

Oh my goodness, that table puts a smile on my face. Everything is adorable. I'm in my late 60's and it seems I can't remember what I used to. You have brightened up my morning.

Jann your enthusiam and happiness emits through your blog and that's one of the reasons I like you so much! I haven't ever found anything that makes a difference worth talking about with products like that but it's interesting your hair grew faster! Love the blue dishes and all the accents. Congratulations again on your new Grandson!

Sweet Jann, you always lift my spirits. The blue and white with the bees is divine. If I take anything to calm me down I would be dead. I like you have a pretty mellow personality. I think that's what gets us through life. Seeing the beauty in life instead of the negative is such a plus. Thank you for lifting my spirits today. Hugs, Jo

I love all that beautiful blue and the darling honey pot! Parents can influence their kids so much to have a positive attitude if they show a positive attitude themselves. I think it's important to notice and verbalize the wonderful things in our lives - and that won't be lost on our children.

Congratulations on your new grandson. Your 20 year old sounds like he is a great young man.
I think you have a the happy gene. It's so bad that we can't all have that, but I also believe that how your were raised has a lot to do with it. Unfortunately, not everyone was raised in a happy home.
Love your blue dishes they looks great!

I take so many supplements that another pill is just to much. The specialists has me on a lot of Vitamin B's due to my blood problem and my hair grows like crazy also.

Have a wonderful weekend and hopefully it's going to cool off soon here. Been in the 90's most of the week. We are sending it to you LOL.
Hugs dear friend
Mary

Nice photos. That's so interesting that it made your hair grow! Maybe it didn't help your focus, because there isn't a focus issue. I once tried a similar product on a whim. I actually amazed my spouse by taking down the tree and putting it away in three hours by myself. Normally, it would take me three or four days with it spread out all over the room with him finishing it. But I, like you, prefer not to take anything. xoxo Su

I look forward to hearing how the pills work for you. Cute decor and love bee candle. I use honey a lot and it is very medicinal.

I knew there was a reason that you seem to be a kindred spirit. I too just feel happy all the time - drives my family nuts sometimes. I just don't think it pays to worry or look at the negative.

Biotin is good for hair and nails. Anxiety eats up B vitamins which this will replenish and Zinc and E I BELIEVE help the body absorb the Bs... and folic acid gives us WOACA an energy boost.
Love the table scape and the "bee" theme for the B vitamin supplement!
