Americana Tea if you please. . .

Well my friends, July will quickly be coming to an end.  But, before it does; I couldn't miss sharing this fabulous tea I attended last week.

I've mentioned before that here in UT we celebrate 'Pioneer Day' on the 24th so we leave our Americana décor up until then.

It was hosted by Kimi, a friend I met through a friend.  :)

She loves to decorate and enjoys opening her home up for others to see her seasonal décor.

We arrived to her home decorated to the max.  Eye candy everywhere you looked.

 Her collections were amazing!

And she is so creatively talented.  Look at these darling
 houses she made.

Lots of banners were draped here and there.  Because of lighting some were too difficult to get a decent photo.

This was one of my favorite displays.  Just so unusual!

Her dishes had this dish addict oohing and ahhing.  lol!

Great vintage treasures!

The old photos are of her mom and grandma. . .precious!

Simplicity is not her style, but she shows it here with our beautiful flag draped over a chair in her entry.

Everyone brought food and it was all so yummy.  I was too busy taking photos of her décor to think about getting ones of the food.  ha, ha!

Farewell July. . .till we meet again!

hugs,
Jan

Dear Jann:
What a fabulous collection Kimi has and so well displayed and mixed into her decor. So glad you were invited to her house. It looks like she shops Bethany Lowe and Midwest Importer. Both those companies support many artists.

Love the hutch in the second picture.
I had one of those big glasses of red, white, and blue with the stem years ago, but don't know what ever became of it.
